To report a dead animal blocking the road or sidewalk, click the button below and select Dead Animal from the Category drop-down menu. Include the following information on the case form:
- Animal type
- Animal size
- Location of issue (street name, intersection, etc.)
- Location of animal (shoulder, right or left lane, sidewalk)
- Approximate size of animal
