Report

1. On the form, select Dead Animal from the Category drop-down menu.
   
   
2. In the Location Information field, enter the address or intersection where the dead animal has blocked the right-of-way. 
   
   
3. In the Details section, include as much of the following information as possible:
   
   
   • Animal type and size
   • Location of animal on the right-of-way
     • Example: right shoulder, sidewalk east lane, etc.

Once you submit your ticket, a member of our field team will review to determine next steps.
